courtney and ludwig are both bad but i'd rather see courtney out there on the floor for those random minutes.

Me too.

Lol, look at t20 jumping the gun on players that haven't left yet and probably aren't leaving the program

His body language when he was playing indicated to me he was not a happy camper. Just seemed to be going through the motions without enthusiasm.

If only we could keep our players, & bring in someone who could teach them an offense more complex than the one my 8th grade team at DSJH ran when I was playing a little less than 20 years ago was.

You predict two players, both starters will leave the program when no one has even made such an announcement and you tell me not to jump the gun. WOW!

Ok. FWIW, there was an article in our (Bham) paper a few weeks ago with him talking about how he made the right choice and how much he likes LSU/BR.

Ludwig, Courtney and Isaac would be the 3 to choose from.

Yes. You start criticizing as it it's a fait accompli. I'm just speculating and not assuming it's a done deal.

Turner's body language is no different than it was last year. He's just a quiet, reserved kid. Don't read anything more into it.

Also, no way Isaac leaves. This staff stuck with him through alot of down times in high school and he aknowledges that.

As was I.

The bigger point is for all the heat Brady got for players leaving he never had one starter transfer in his entire tenure. Regis Koundjia and Magnum Rolle and possibly Ross Neltner are the only players who were significant contributors and left.

Magnum Rolle-If this dude had a decent back he would of been a stud. Also, I have no idea why Courtney does not get to play. His game is very similar to Taz. He ain't as thick as taz but both are tweeners at the 3-4 and both can hit the outside shot.

Off topic, but I don't want to start my own thread. Wasn't one of Brady's probelms keeping players? Seems like I heard less than 10 players finished their eligibility at LSU while he was coach? Is that true or a ridiculous # that I heard?

Brady got heat because every year the excuse would be-but the team is yooounng but the reason why we didnt have experienced reserves or starters was because all the role players transferred. Not because it was starters transferring. He started on external probation and essentially gave us internal probation with how much we lost off the bench due to attrition each year

Why are we talking about Brady? Usually you jump to his defense when he is criticized, but his name was never mentioned. This thread is completely hypothetical.

I wouldn't be surprised if Courtney transferred. His transition from a high school post player to a wing has not worked out. He needs to go back to the post. He will have more success as an undersized 4, than he will an unathletic 3.

He's really the only person I can see leaving, unless Eddie were to graduate early, which I have heard no credible info that would lead me to believe that.

Isaac isn't transferring, unless he is forced to for academic reasons. I know he has had some trouble, but I don't think it was very serious.

I have read recent articles with quotes from JOB and Ralston, talking about next year and working hard in the offseason. I don't think they are leaving. Stringer also isn't going anywhere.

Most likely candidates, IMO, are JOBIII, Ralston Turner and/or Andre Stringer.

Based on what? JOB started 15-20 games as a freshmen and averaged 8pts and & 7reb. He's not going anywhere, he can't go pro yet, and i guarantee he doesn't want to sit out a year if he transfers. He's a good kid and hard worker, he's for sure back.

Turner and Stringer both started pretty much every game of their 2-years at LSU and averaged double digits and have the green light. They are not leaving.

This team stumbled down the stretch but has a ton of key pieces coming back (essentially entire starting 5 including JOB as starter) with young kids behind them.

This will be a good bball team next year.

I'm about 99% sure that's nonsense.

It's pretty close to that number. I think it was less than 15.

Jermaine Williams
Pete Bozek

Lamont Roland
Terry Martin

And you can't possibly count NBA players that left early against him.
