How many LSU basketball players will not return for next season?

I'm exempting the seniors from this question, of course.

I predict at least two underclass regular players will leave the team for various reasons before next season, such as for grades or just plain give up.

Most likely candidates, IMO, are JOBIII, Ralston Turner and/or Andre Stringer.

This is a pretty random topic, but I'll bite.

I can't see JOB or Ralston leaving. Both are doing well in the classroom and have been given all the minutes they could have wanted. Stringer also has had free reign this season, but with some other wing players coming in he is most likely to see reduced minutes. Still in all, he's not going anywhere.

I don't think we'll see much attrition outside of the seniors. Someone made reference the other day to Eddie graduating early, so I guess that is possible but not probable. Not sure where Jalen Courtney's head is at either, but he would be one that could be a possibility.

No one significant will leave. Those guys are all young and they're TJ's guys. I'd anticipate another year similar to this one at the least, and marginally better at the most. I'm hoping that JOBIII has a sophomore yr much like Stromile had after his freshman year.

Sort of hard to call right now seeing as we still have a month or so until the spring signing period and are in the mix on a couple of instant impact guys. If he adds two guys this year that have the impact that the two freshmen have had this year, we will be significantly better.

Those are probably three of the least likely candidates.

Have to agree. I mean almost everyone stayed the same or gotten worse than they began. Have to realize sooner or later Trent doesn't develop talent. Hamilton had such a high ceiling but yet we play around him not through him.

Agreed, perhaps we can avenge the loss from last night and proceed on to claim the rights to being the 69th best team in the nation next year.

Agreed, thus my "at the least/most" comment.

Hickey and JOBIII will be better, and they were competitors this year. Turner has to shoot way better, and Hamilton needs to toughen up. He's got a good game, but he gets the ball taken from him more than not and he doesn't EVER finish strong like a big Jr. should.

My bad, read right past that. It definitely will be an interesting few months leading up to next season.

Wow, tht would mean four starters leaving the program in two years. YetBrady was criticized for third teamers leaving the program. My how our standards have changed.

Not really, if johnson is back, we'll probably suck again.
