Running out of water bottles at the concession?! Maybe this is something to complain about...maybe.
No water (by halftime, unacceptable)
No Ice (by halftime, unacceptable)
No organization getting people into the stadium (Saw a couple fights break out bc of it). If you were claustrophobic, germaphobic or both, you more likely than not died trying to get into the stadium at gates 1,2 & 3.
Once I got inside, I was fine (with the exception of drunk frat shirtless douches, but hey what can you do).

That's why we have the attendance problems now. LSU seems to have the same attitude as you. "If the fans don't like it, screw em, they can just stay home."
Exactly, and since he is sooo hardcore, he probably will have no problem paying the increased ticket/TAF costs to make up for the folks who stop coming.

I had a great time, even though they ran out of water, lemonade ice, and it was hot as shite in the easy side.
It is an outdoor sporting event, what did you expect? If the price of the tickets were lower would you care as much? Maybe I'm not complaining because I got decent priced tickets from a scalper.

Apparently I'm not the only person with these gripes or the stands would always be full
people aren't leaving because of bathrooms, game scores, and fricking WiFi service

Quit blaming Tiger Stadium for this. Put it on yourself and show up to your gate earlier instead of waiting for everyone else to flood the gates at the same time. We get the the gate about 40 min before game time and have no problem getting in.
Quit being an apologist. I went in gate 12 easily with no delays an hour before game time just like I ALWAYS DO. I'm referring to the people that reported the 30 minute delays at their gate. There were 50 of them here yesterday. There were two gates that had delays, right?
What's the harm again in telling LSU to get their shite together and have the gates operating efficiently so people can enjoy their tailgates AND get in to see the game on time?

Poor experience? What was so bad about it?
Too hot, no mist machines in the stands, no beer, only hot sweaty chicks in p&g. Also, we don't even have flat screens to watch while getting concessions. I'm never going back.

the complaints about the gates don't bother me. i've had that issue before and it sucked.
what bothers me is people bitching about paper towels, games scores not being updated by the second, and fricking wifi

From the looks of it, many people did. The whole fricking point is to get people motivated to get back in the stadium.

I guess you have no experience in customer service........
I can guarantee you that I'm not the only person with these gripes, and for the record I have 8 season tickets...so I am a paying customer and have every damn right to bitch.
I guess people like yourself were pissed off when we got a video board to begin with because it wouldn't be like the old days.

As the stadium seating approaches 100,000 it's obvious someone at LSU needs to listen to constructive criticism and address some of the basic problems fans are complaining about.
First I suggest a traffic engineer be hired to provide a detailed traffic plan for vehicles entering and leaving the campus on game day. LSU spends a ton of money on cops, rent a cops, etc. but without a strategic plan that is updated a lot of money is being wasted here.
Second, as people have "donated gates" etc. the normal ways of entering and leaving the stadium have undergone radical changes. Couple 9/11 and the need to maintain security, it's obvious that there aren't enough entrances or exits. Again, hopefully someone at LSU is noticing this.
The so called gameday experience has changed as had the fan makeup as ticket costs have increased and older fans give up their tickets to younger fans. No longer can LSU expect their "clientele" to just accept the inconveniences as ticket prices have escalated so. People paying hundred of dollars for tickets expect something for their dollar and while the game is the big thing shouldn't people expect paper towels in the restrooms, decent concessions, bottled water for sale and up to date facilities.
Yes Tiger Stadium is old, but with the Ath. Dept and especially football turning a big profit should you expect LSU to plow some money back into renovating the Stadium, cleaning up the bowels of the stadium, providing modern TVs, etc.?
No, you can't provide everything for everybody. Some like rap music and others like the old stuff; however, you could try and address some of the complaints and provide more of a show for fans who do fight through the traffic, the heat, the crowds, the maze to get into he stadium, and the long TV commercials to support their team.
It is a football game, but as traditions fall and people change; the old saying about the customer is always right should still apply. Listening to good criticism never hurt someone's business or their bottom line.

Choctaw, if we were all in a room having a discussion, we'd all nod and agree. But because we are on the interwebz, we are all arguing Straw Men and having circular arguments.

My only complaint is 75% of the people in my section sitting quietly on 3rd & 4th down. Get up, make some noise and make homefield the advantage it should be.
Maybe the expansion should be additional student seating to ensure the crowd is into it and the noise level for opposing offenses is high.

I think many people will disagree, and I get that, but I think there is a glaring problem for day games.
If you aren't going to provide water facilities for the fans, and LSU is damn clear, they aren't, and you aren't going to allow your fans to bring their own water, and LSU is again clear, they won't, I think it is unethical and wildly dangerous to sell water at such a high price.
Even if you are steadfast free market guy as I am and you can excuse that point, it is wildly dangerous to run out of water as happened Saturday at every concession stand in the South end (which was amazing actually). Something should be done just to try and mitigate the potential liability of this situation.

As for the students, I would take everyone of the id's after the game and not allow them back into another game. It's a total lack of morals and disrespect, which is what our world has come to. Pretty soon TGBFTL will not be able to play anything because the students find a way to put STTDB in every song. I guess that's why we have more piped in music.
Without students there would be no team to cheer for. Students have been cursing forever. And you think very student at the game curses? Might as well revoke the whole stadium for saying kick their arse.
The only complaints i have is the traffic situation and why they decide to randomly block streets so you get stuck on one side of campus. And the geniuses that decide to do construction when school starts while they had all summer to do it.

I am certainly the wrong person to ask. I have no affiliation with LSU in any way.

Let me guess: you firmly defend the right for students to curse, but you also complain about Tiger Band not playing anything "modern"?
