Assuming we blow out McNeese, how long do you keep him in the game. Do you let him stay in and soak up confidence and experience or take him out? I personally would keep him in until the clock hits zeros. He needs all the time he can get before Miss St and Auburn.

I would like to see him run through some sustained drives and be on the field for a long time. That being said, if we are up 28 in the 4th, let's make the switch.

Until it becomes a shite show. Like after 50 points.

If I had to bet I would say he comes out in the middle of the 3rd barring any surprises or a really bad game (hopefully not)

You really need to have your number 1 QB taking needless hits in a blow out. That will only make him tougher. Amirite?

Needless hits? McNeese won't touch Harris until they shake hands. Our offensive line will make sure of that.

Depends on how your O line is protecting him. Taking shots...pull him. Protected...leave him and build confidence.

Until he throws 6 touchdowns. I want to us to try and score 200 points. This should be a practice, but I know he won't even come close to that.

I'd like to see him play the first half. It's not going to be a sexy game which will scare a lot of people. No reason to give footage to Moo St. Lot of simple easy throws. Lot of little slip screens. Probably not many QB runs. LSU will never be in doubt in this game, but it'll seem different via stat line.

This game is simply a glorified scrimmage. Ever notice for example Alabama only scores 28 on East Carolina St but 59 on A&M? There's no reason to run up the score. Let the kids who don't get a lot of time to play. Lot of wall ons.

I imagine Harris will get some game reps with the ones. Stat line will look something like
6/13 for 89 yards 1 TD
2 rushes for 10 yards.

There's nothing wrong with that. Why play your QB when you don't need to? Let the backups get some college snaps to help prepare them. We might actually see Jennings more than Harris which will cause a riot on here. It's not because he's starting or the QB going forward, just no point.

My money says we see a different QB every possession on Saturday.

The whole game. Let him spin it and get more practice.

I say let Harris play until we are up by 3-4 scores, then let McMillan come in and get time so he has some preparation in case Harris goes down later in the season.

The whole game. Jennings in to take a knee at the end. That's how he normally does it. He feels no need to get the backup reps

assuming the defense doesnt give up, the entire game. hes fine physically, he just needs reps against a defense, making those calls and decisions at game speed.

I expect Harris to play into the 3rd quarter with Jennings having a few drives with the first team mixed in. Then Jennings has mop up duty in the end of third quarter and 4th quarter.

IDK.

One thing I do know, though, is that regardless of how long Harris stays in, there will be people on tRant saying that he should've stayed in longer or been taken out earlier.
