We have a National Championship and the biggest ever fan favorite for a second Heisman. I was there that day and I would’ve paid someone $10,000 if they guaranteed me this. We are blessed.

Every fan base in the country, minus maybe two, would trade everything for what we have here in Baton Rouge

Just goes to show what different coaching philosophies can do.

The only good memory of that day was the hospitality of the Wiscy fans at the tailgate parties.

I saw Lambeau Field in the post and almost vomited.
Dark days…

I still have nightmares of Brandon Harris, TJ Watt and Les’ bizarre countenance on the sideline as he called the same retarded play for 4 quarters straight

I almost got in to a fight with coach O at that Game ! He was the d line coach at the time and I yelled, after the game, “ hey coach that was unacceptable!

He ran over and said “ listen here you little SOB
, I don’t have to take that shi- from you!” He proceeded to chew my arse for like 5 min. His lack of self control was evident way back then.

Best away game trip we’ve lost that I’ve been on.

If you were there you experienced perfect weather! Great fans! I rented like 3 houses and got the band back together! Only Mess Miles could screw that one up!

Yep. It was awesome to be in that stadium. I consider that money well spent, unlike the LA trip in 21 for UCLA- That was a complete waste of money

The struggles at the QB position during the Miles era were real. If you had told me back then that we would have two Heisman winners at QB during the next seven seasons I would have never believed it.

That trip was amazing less the three hours of actual game time. Those fans were first class. The experience, the atmosphere, all of it was amazing. It was my son’s first away game experience. Incredible.
