I would rather watch a game with a Bandwagon fan that knows the game than someone from BR that doesn't.

I laugh at them but bandwagoners will come when the team is good.
Or when long-time Season Ticket holders give up their seats because LSU Football doesn't provide enough "Bang for the Buck" any longer. (Tickets too expensive, fees, traffic, parking, weak OOC games, annoying and irritating NFL like PIM, etc..........)

The newbie band wagon fans are mostly in Tiger Stadium because they got free tickets that were handed out by their employers, who themselves are part of the new wave of "Corporate" Season Ticket holders..............

Much better folks than the sunshine pumpers who talk all off season about how great things will be (based on no real information) and then at the first sign of trouble they lose their shite and become whiny bitches about everything.

Or the negative nitwits who bitch all off season on how pathetic the team and the coaches will perform during the season (not giving the players credit for being young the previous season, and being more mature and experienced the upcoming season) and then when the team plays solid football, they disappear and lurk for any kind of reason to return and pound their chests and scream at the top of their lungs "see, I told you the team and the coaches suck!"

Nah, they don't bother me. Always room on the wagon for another one. I have seen the same folks in Bama gear one year, LSU another, Ole Miss the next. Nothing sells like winning. The more the merrier.

The worst is when bandwagon fans start threads about bandwagon fans.

Correlates with good teams, so I'm always glad to have them.

I've seen people I know aren't long time fans (friends of friends in at least one instance) set up a tailgate and act an arse towards opposing fans. Only time it really bothers me. Cheer, have fun, support, whatever, just don't represent all other fans in a bad light. For some of us, LSU defines a big part of their life, and you cheapen it. When I meet with a manager who went to A&M or another school that has visited us, and he tells me of a bad experience with a trashy fanbase, it's embarrassing. I know you have long time fans that act the same way, it just seems the bandwagoners seem to be even worse.

They are typical. They have been on the bamer train for a while. I was expecting this shift. I think it is good for recruiting when it does happen.

Way to hijack the thread you tard twit and turn it into something else. Put your helmet back on and mosey on over to the nurse's station to get your mustard and biscuits.
