How big do you think Key will get going into next year?

He looked like a monster in the bowl game. Some think he could stand to pack on some more weight.
I think he would be elite at about 250 but that's a lot of muscle to add in one year

He won't get there next season, probably not until he hits the NFL.
I'd say he played somewhere around 225 this season. 235 would be a realistic goal, and anything north of 240 would be ideal.
He has a very similar build to keke.

He looks a little taller than Mingo

Man, we need this explosiveness on the defense again.

I think we'll have it with Key
Difference is when Mingo was here we had Brockers and Logan plugging the middle and the GOAT secondary behind them

235-240 would be my guess.
His progression this year was awesome to watch. The Mingo comparisons are pretty close as far as body type, but he's much further along than Keke was skills-wise after Keke's first, and even 2nd, year on campus.

I think the most to espect is 10 lbs in the offseason. Anything more is unhealthy

Just wait til Moffit gets a hold of him

He'll probably put on just enough weight to keep his job. He'll probably put on 8-9 pounds, but will drop about 3-4 pounds in November. After that, he'll put a pound or two back on but and we'll realize that we had unreal expectations.
Ultimately, he'll an All-American because he's a nice guy, and that's all the committee looks for.

This was much funnier in your head.

Didn't he gain 30 pounds or so between his senior year in high school and enrolling at LSU?

Tracking down the runner from behind the play was VERY Keke-esque.

I think key will progress like Myles Garrett. That kid put on a lot of muscle between his freshman and sophomore season.

I predict he'll rip 10 helmets off in his first game with the possibility of someone's head being on one of those.

So which family member are you on the player that he surpassed on the depth chart?

He's a troll from another fan base.

It doesn't matter, he was effective as a skinny freshman. Any gainz he makes only make him better. The guy can play
