The wins at Washington and MSU were by the D with outstanding play at times and turnovers.

The win at UGA was just like the win over Auburn last year. UGA is very average.

The loss to Florida was especially hard for me to take because I saw no effort whatsoever to adjust in the second half. Our OC is STUBBORN to a point he needs to re-evaluate what he is trying to do with the talent he has on the bench.

Jefferson appears to be slow to me. When your offense is so inept it wouldn't hurt to take a look at Lee and Shepard and if they can't do it then we know for certain the OL just can't perform up to expectations.

I'll be extremely happy with 10-2, especially if the only two loses are to Bama and UF. I think we have some work to do if we're going to beat some of the other SEC opponents.

i think people, and for good reason are down on the shitty shitty coaching that we've seen so far this season & last, as we've been totally & inexcusably inept on offense because of a stubborn head coach...worst offense by far that i've ever seen for an lsu football team.

Better than what I expected. A 10-2 season with the youngest QB in the SEC leading the team, along with mediocre play from the front four on offense and defense ... well, that might qualify as Les Miles' BEST year of coaching since he came to LSU. 9-3/5-3 is what I predicted back in January; 10-2 would be a pleasant surprise for me.

I think it was the best we would do this year preseason. It is not really the w-l that bugs me this year, it is the way they are so frustrating to watch - I really don't enjoy the games as much as in past years because, at least offensively, they are continually inept and sputtering. The offense doesn't seem any better than the W game. Let's hope that 2 weeks show a marked improvement for the tiger offense, but I'm not holding my breath.

9-3 is probably more realistic, but still...that would be a great season.

people are so down because they see all that talent going to waste...Thats the frustrating part, you have some of the worlds most gifted athletes going to waste...thats coaching...Jefferson got lucky in a bowl game and their riding a wave of false confidence in him..."False confidence often leads to disaster"

when you have world class athletes (some of the best in the Nation and you cant run an offense and you've had a spring, summer and six games to figure it out and its not working, it doesnt take a genius to figure out that's bad coaching. Regardless of who's in because personnel is a part of coaching too.

All of you geniuses can obviously coach better than the coaches on staff at LSU. All of you should apply for a job. By the way, how many of yall have actually put a football uniform on? It's nice to get on this board and talk when no one knows who you are. The term rantTARD fits most of yall perfectly.
So what is wrong with people stating thier opinion? I thought that was what a message board was for. Funny you don't like what is being said and the insults start flying.

Sorry to see this get to you Les, but here's a word of advice, don't come to the Rant if you don't want to see ranting.

Put up or shut up. Every body gets on here and runs their mouth, but how many of you actually know what goes on in practice or how to coach. You don't. How many of you would question Les Miles in person? Not many, but it easy to get on a board and run your mouth when no one knows who you are. I find that very funny. Message board experts. In other words Want to be's.
So if you dont like the message board experts, what are you doing on a message board? Plus running off at the mouth. You sound like a complete hypocrite
