Is it too late for him to enroll before the start of this semester, making him eligible for the second half of this season?

He was connected to CV some how and would always update the board on his accomplishments and recruitment. Before the announcement he posted "the decision has been made!" Since it was an LSU board everyone assumed it was positive for LSU. He came back after and was befuddled the board was upset with him.
