Well stated, you figured a coach that is around a kid or is studying game film and trying to prepare him all week would know more about him than the people who rant about him but this wasn't the case. And even if you pulled for him or not it was always in the back of your mind he was going to do something stupid. Which was the case in the Conference Championship and that other important game after that. The worst thing that could happen to us that we beat the crap out of UGA anyways. But to quote another guy...

Are you intentionally trying to divide the fan base or piss people off? What is the purpose of your life?

Mett should have been the QB imo...we could have certainly done no worse, and been the better for it....maybe not to start the year, but if you wanted to make a change mid-season...

Lee did a good job last year imo. I don't know his exact numbers, but know he was at the top in efficiency, with double digit td's and low interceptions. While throwing a couple bad passes against bama, he only played about 10 plays, and if you remember the first series, I believe he moved the team down the field for a few first downs.

Again, neither were good.....but there were some people on here that thought JJ had pro material. All I was saying was that had to be family/friends. I'm glad that it is all behind us now.

Sweep away the bullshite, uncover the fact. I guess you can disprove the post?
If a poster was to show up saying JJ had the highest pass ydg game, or the highest ypa for the season, I'd sweep that shite away too.
You guys shouldn't fear and loathe the facts.

Make a lot of money, and have a good time along the way enjoying the journey.....and continue going to as many LSU football games as I can, keep my season tickets as long as I'm able to do so.

dude...it was a question about the supporters and posters on this board...not about comparing the two.

VC If you read any of the threads reguarding JJ during the season you should know 3 things for sure.

1. If anything on the board implies criticism of JJ be prepared to be called a racist/hater/idiot because the coaches know more than JJ and for you to even dare criticize him you must be a racist/hater.

2. The JJ supporters/fan bois (Mayhawman, Gray Tiger, Beefense and that ilk) changed their tune after the NC game to not that they thought JJ was a good qb but he was the best option. Except for the poster who kept comparing JJ to Tebow cant remember his name but I dont remember seeing him post much after the NC game.

3. JJ criticism is unjust but criticizing Lee is fine.

I'll take your word for it, I didn't recall it being that great, but I was hammered. I posted that as a counter to the OP's post that the Arkansas game was an "abortion" from the QB.

I agree 100%

Truth is, Lee folded 11-5 and LSU woulda lost with him. When 40% of your passes are to the opponent, you need pine.

He would need serious work with that front leg lock throw. Both QBs would've benefitted with Krags help for 4 years instead of a wizard that magically destroys QBs(Obrien).

You must not remember. Arkansas was the best statistical game of either qb.

Did you honestly think something new had come out?
The truth of the matter is both qbs were limited as shite. JL had some of the worst footwork I've ever seen but a great release. JJ had some of the worst pocket presence I've ever seen but could extend plays with his feet. I've always said I preferred JLee but because I stated good things about JJ and also saw JLee struggle last year, I was branded team JJ. Which I don't care because both qbs wore a LSU jersey. You didn't had to choose regardless of what some rantards thought.

When did this happen. There are thousands of threads slamming JJ. I don't remember a single thread starte about JLee in 2011.
