That dude has hops like ive never seen in an LSU guard.

He almost hits his head on dunks, but do people forget the vertical on Andre Springer (stringer but lulz)? That kid could fly.

Oh and Sampson isnt ahead of ABlakeney athletically or shooting wise.
And thats nothing on Sampson.

I saw Sampson vs JacobEvans (top 2 players in LA this past year) and Evans was too much for Sampson physically.

Sampson needs to put on some weight but will be one of our best players in 2 years. Will play sparingly this year just because there is so much guard talent.

Keep in mind we are losing Blakeney, Simmons, Gray, Hornsby, and slight chance of Quarterman after this year so Sampson will be the stud guard when they go.

Hopefully we maximize this season. A lot of great players in and out this season.

Oh i see where you are coming from SOS. and lol at Springer*.

But think about this, Springer was 5'9 with a 44 inch vertical (from what i remember). Well Blakeney is 6'4 and just recorded a 45 inch vertical.

Malone and Elbert were lost as they ran mostly transition sets the entire time I was there.

Kind of makes you wonder why we recruited 2 true centers if we want to be a running team.

I understood Darcy due to LSU trying to start up an Aussie pipeline. Robinson was one that I never understood. He belongs in a slow pace offense. We will be running almost an NBA paced offense.

LSU wasn't really in a position to be picky at the time of their recruitment. They were talented and highly sought after

I've heard good things about Elbert, and also heard that Malone is really working on his passing game
