That was cool and all, but why does the typical Ranter equate yelling and screaming with great coaching? I see it posted a lot here...that a coach has to yell and scream and light people's arse up, or he isn't a good coach.

Well, in this case, the proof is in the pudding. Coach O's prowess with defensive linemen is a matter of fact at this point.

Ole Frank Herron looked injured, sick (flu?), or disinterested to say the least. He didn't even participate in last drill but can be seen walking off with his helmet off in the background.

Oh c'mon! 
Being a power rusher doesn't make you jog through a drill and half arse do what the drill requires. Even Lacouture, Gilmore and the walk-on were going full speed through the drill and doing full dips. If he's hurting that bad, he shouldn't be practicing because bad reps translate to the field.
