Didn't Herbstreit put us in his top 4 fricking today??? Didn't we look like shite today?? Some of you people amaze me. We weren't a top 4 team today and I said in my first post that we didn't deserve to be in the top 4 today. Because that's not what we were today. If you can't understand what I'm saying then I can't help you out anymore. Yeah other team's have had bad days but we have bad second halves against shitty teams EVERY WEEK.

So LSU should be excluded from context and placed on it's own judgment scale?

Herbstreit put LSU in is Top 4 for 1 or 2 reasons: 1. Ratings 2. LSU has the look of a Top 4 team.
CFB, especially in the SEC, is about survival. LSU has looked no shittier than Ole Miss today, Bama last week, TAMU today, MSU and AU the 2 weeks we beat them, Arky every week. That's your 7 teams in SECw.
Then you can include OSU against NIU, TCU needing a miracle 4th down tip pass against unranked TT, etc.
I challenge you to hold every team to the same standard you are criticizing LSU.
You are a fool.

Let me get this straight. You say LSU played like crap today. (I agree)
BUT...
Had we not taken a knee the final score would have been 41 to 24! So LSU is a team that scores 41 points when they destroy half of their offensive drives with multiple huge penalties, special teams played worse than they have in... forever, on the road, with uncharacteristic drops by WR's! And you see this team with little chance to go anywhere!!!
Football is unpredictable but if you can not see that this team has as good a shot at titles this year as anyone then you sir have very poor vision!

UCLA looks really good. They completely dismantled Arizona.
It's only Week 4 and Utah has the win of the season.
Ole Miss dealt with a tough Vanderbilt defense.
We will get better. I don't know if we're a playoff team, though. South Carolina is our only road game until Alabama, and they're a really bad football team.
