I must say as much as I want us to beat Bama, I have doubts. I feel like our OL won’t be able to protect Burrow and our DL won’t get any rush. The skill players are even but up front is where Bama has the advantages

Isn’t Auburn’s defensive line better than Alabama’s?

Why do you feel this way?

LSU has marched the field against actually better defenses.

This is the most efficient offense I have ever seen and Alabama does not have the same defense of old.

More worried about the latter than the former.

Bama has not played or seen any type defenses that LSU has seen to date. Wake up time is about to happen and the Les Miles era is dead and gone. Geaux Tigers!

But they do have the same Saban as old. He will watch what AU did to stop us and have a few wrinkles of his own. This is our best chance in years due to the philosophy on Offense. The talent to win has been there several times but the schemes/coaching has not. Gonna be a dog fight till the end.

As a Bama fan, let me just say, this year is different than the past years of our streak. You guys have quite possibly the best offense/QB in the nation. Even when you guys had Mett, Hill, OBJ, and Landry, the offense wasn't as elite as this years, and really not even close.

And while the defense isn't great, its still good, and certainly good enough considering the offense.

Bama also has an elite offense, with a good defense.

This is a playoff team vs a playoff team, whereas the past 7 years has been a playoff team vs a 9 or 10 win team.

It will be a tight game, I almost guarantee.

You are wrong. We will do fine, up the middle takes away the quick slants and other stuff. Bama is good from the edge....that can be schemed around much easier.

We have the raw physical talent needed to win this one.

It's all mental from here.

You act like burrow sits in the pocket for 5 seconds like he did in the past. our new offense allows him to read and have ball out in 3 seconds. there's not many d-lines that can attack and sack in less than 3 seconds.
