The stripes on the Indiana helmet is a nod to the iconic warm-up pants worn by the basketball team.

If these designs became the norm, I'd probably just stop watching football. Not going to watch games played in that crap.
I love our uniforms, but I'm actually not against an alternative concept. I just can't stand these bizarre, drug-induced, cartoonish designs generated by Nike and others like them. Why does an alternative uni have to look so weird?

UK and Oregon helms are the best outta the bunch. Don't f*ck with LSU's helmet. The Donald Duck logo is so retro it's awesome.
IMO LSU needs to have the True Gold helmets fot 3 games Home-coming, First home game and SEC championship.

LSU will NEVER EVER EVER change their helmets. If they do I will yack and geaux play in traffic.
