Good point, Burrow played 3 of his 4 toughest games of the year after the season was over. JD5 unfortunately won't get that opportunity due to our defense being so bad.

I would say 2 of his 3 since they were the only post season games. OU was not so great defensively to say the least.

I would put Alabama as the fourth in that number I referenced, which is why I said 3 of the 4 were in the post season...or if it suits you better after the regular season.

This definitely backs up our feelings that Jayden should win.

I’m not going to bash Nix however. Based on that exercise, he would rank very well against the previous Heisman winners also. It’s a shame they are having these performances in the same year

Well, you said post season and there weren’t 4 postseason games. And I still disagree that OU was a tough game - period. OU was worse than TAMU defensively. Only UGA and Clemson were tough for that matter defensively. Go back and look at the punts per game as a point of reference
