Went from Miles to O- Increase
Went from Chief/Steele to Aranda- Huge Increase
Went from Cam to Canada- Huge Increase

We will be a smarter football team in terms of preparation, game planning, halftime adjustments, clock management, personnel evaluation and development. And how refreshing it will be to see some common sense on the sideline and in the press box.

Yessir. I absolutely am ready to see it on the field too. LSU is due for an upward trend.

We certainly added coaches who have more youth, have more ambition to prove themselves and have success. Unlike the ones replaced who were in retirement mode being stubborn and seeming to not have common sense sometimes

IQ is great, if it can bet translated to the field!

I hope to see better clock management as well!

I really don't think Cameron is stupid. He clearly has no patience to teach. He is better with educated players.

Canada has more intensity, and clearly likes to develop raw talent. I don't think it means, so much, that he is smarter. They're both probably smart coaches, with Canada being far more suited to fit into the college game.

That being said, the argument can be made that the IQ of the HC position may have improved, because the new HC pointed out the problem with the offense and has made the most sensational OC hire in over a decade in an attempt to actually change the offense, as opposed to insisting that the offensive philosophy was fine but execution needed to be better.

Not sure on football IQ. Overall IQ I can tell you miles would blow O away. I do expect a better product on the field due to better coaching.

I can't take posts seriously with unnessesary exclamation marks.

We can hear you, this isn't a sports bar.

I sure hope so for our programs sake. I don't know about you but I want to see our guys dominate opponents. Tired of watching the me players who stand over guys after a play, talk trash to only get burnt, or have no regards for putting the team above the individual.

if miles was on the sideline for the florida game there's no way we drive the ball down field and use the clock as precisely as we did

At the thought that any one who posts on the Rant feels qualified to judge the IQ of someone.

Wish somebody had the IQ to comprehend we're not judging anyone's IQ but their football acumen when it comes to important aspects of a successful program. Merry Christmas little fella.

While Les Miles was a complete moron, I don't think hiring O should ever be considered an increase in IQ

Agree

Tentatively agree. I like Canada but let's see how he does for us first. Cam was a pretty good offensive guy at a lot of his stops, too. He produced in the NFL.

Disagree. It is a breakeven at best. I agree Miles doesn't know anything about X's and O's but there is no evidence O does either.
