Hannagriff sees Franks as a hot or cold QB and fears LSU could see a hot Franks. He’s improved but Ott thinks will never improve enough. Franks can make great long ball throws, but appears incapable of making the short passes that require more touch. Fear Franks. Interesting, that wasn’t the impression by most on TD.

Hanny summed up Franks perfectly. He's the type of QB I don't want playing for LSU or against LSU.

If you allow teams with good QB coaches to hang around in the 4th QTR, you’re gonna get burned.

I'm worried about Perine, Hammond, Toney, and the Florida defense -- not fricking Felipe Franks.

Franks being committed to LSU and being Miles/Cam's chosen one at QB makes too much fricking sense when you watch him. So informative on those two when it comes to developing that position.

Franks giveth and Franks taketh away.

On one drive he looks like a potential All-SEC QB. The next he throws a hilariously bad INT off his back foot.

I hope we get bad Franks. Good Franks is pretty good.

We beat that Miami team by 3 scores. FL is an undisciplined team. We beat them at home this year by 2 TD’s unless Burrow or major OL injuries occur.

That Miami team we beat was better than this year’s version too. Their OL was a hell of a lot better last year.

Franks is going to get his shite kicked in by this defense. LSU could've done that last year if it wasn't for the offensive struggles.

Florida has great athletes that can turn a missed tackle or interception into points. You can’t let a team like that hang around.

I liked what they did swinging Perine out of the backfield. End on that side may need to knock him off his route.

I hope LSU will do this rather than keep backs like CEH and Emery in as blockers.

Assuming LSU can keep everyone on defense healthy, the Tigahs should beat Florida. I can't wait to see the LSU defense in action.

Now the Tigah offense is something different. Big question mark......the O/L? Can they protect Joe? If they're able and Joe can run that up-tempo RPO-based offense.....my goodness!

Franks had one of his best games of the season against LSU last year, primarily by running the ball /using the option. Totally caught the defense off guard, especially on some critical 3rd downs.

He’s a terrible qb, but has enough talent to be dangerous with Mullen calling plays. They’ll have quick strike potential but trouble sustaining drives vs LSU.

So LSU offense will need to show up.

I don’t see Burrow turning the ball over 3 times this year vs UF. The game should look much different

He is.

Possibly but he's not going to be in the friendly confines of the Swamp.

Like I posted yesterday, Franks is the quintessential "box of chocolate" quarterback. Sometimes he a turd wrapped in gold foil.

I think you're underestimating the rivalry factor in both of those games.
