He doesn't have enough break out speed he will never return a kick for 6!

Put Donte Jackson back there..
Just think about how deadly this would be.. Donte returning kicks and white returning punts. We could be averaging a return a game with that combo

Derrius has plenty enough speed. The coaches dont like how long it takes donte to scan the field and find a hole. Donte also doesn't have Guice's ability to break tackles.

Guice can take one to the house on his agility alone. He will get one eventually.

Saying that guice doesn't have the speed is just silly. But putting donte back there isn't exactly a bad idea I mean hell with that logic why wouldn't you put Chark ?!

Guice is like a bowling ball. He will average more yards on the return. Donte is fast, but can't break tackles. I'd rather have a higher average giving our drives better field position than less average returns and occasionally take one to the house.

Guice likes contact too much to be a KR. Kick returners don't typically break tackles to take one to the house. They hit a hole and go! If they slow down at all, they are caught from behind.

+1
I know a player smaller than him that use to return kickoffs for LSU and he was dynamite. Speed is where it's at.

I think Miles cares more about ball security on Kick returns than taking it to the house. I mean we had Darrell Williams back there last year.

Donte did take one to the house. They called it back. Pissing me off when they did.

Fournette can probably hang with Drake Davis.
