You are making a ludicrous point that is false on every count. And now you are doubling down with the histrionics.
The entire tenor and mood of the offseason is dependent on a bowl victory or loss. And it does effect recruiting, the mood of the team, the mood of the fan base, the ability to project strength or weakness in hiring, - pretty much everything.
It’s self evident. Not that I’m surprised that there are those who will argue any inherently ridiculous point. A lot of you guys are married to just being hopelessly wrong about any number of things. Being wrong about stuff is just in your DNA.

that is the deal.
Sitting out the bowl game is more than just risk of getting injured. He is probably dropping out of school, hiring and agent, and starting to workout for the NFL pre draft process. Which is important, especially for a guy that needs to add some good weight.

I guess he views the game as worthless and meaningless. I’m sure most of his teammates don’t agree. He needs to keep his arse in BR then. He has no business traveling with or staying with the team.
