I am in Coral Gables on business. I think I will drop by ball field tonight and watch some baseball. I would be an excellent scout, if only I had more baseball knowledge, but will try to report back on who to watch out for.

I think I'm pullin' for UCF. Playing Stoneybrook is a lose-lose proposition. If we beat 'em, so what? We're supposed to do that. If we lose, it will be the biggest humiliation ever. I don't think we'll lose to either, so I'd just as soon see us play UCF.

Stony Brook is ranked in the top 25. I'm not sure why people cant grasp they're a good team.

You know we don't use the BCS formula to get to the CWS?

Besides the fact that this is stupid reasoning, wouldn't that statement also qualify against UCF as well?

let's be honest, America East baseball is worse than Sun Belt football. doesn't matter why or how, just that it is

i'd rather play UCF bc they might somewhat matter one day in baseball

Are they? I'm not looking it up. If so, why the hell were they a 4 seed?

Inflated a little bit because of the crap teams they have played, but still could give a good team trouble.

If Stoneybrook beats us, many, many people will remember for many, many years. UCF? Not so much...

SeaWolves will be a 50 win team with a win tonight...big number, good BA, low ERA. I know their competition wasn't great, but if they win they WILL have won an NCAA regional.

There is no logic here. You'd rather play a tougher opponent because of what some people might say about us if we lose to the weaker one?

You are assuming that UCF will be tougher. I don't see it that way.
