Good news. Once you've lost to State in a historic fashion, up seems to be the only direction available.

Does a 3-22 SEC record deserve time?

Both are true. Orgeron ran off a lot of talent.

Why??

Ya'll were calling for Miles be fired after the 2nd game of his first season ( Tennessee )

I am not calling for him to be fired. I am just saying it was a terrible hire and he will be fired by the end of 2018.

So now you're psychic? Bet he will NOT be fired at end of 2018 like you predict.

I gave him the Florida game last year and saw all I needed to see. unfortunately Joe Derp thought that was the direction our program needed to go.

WTF did Orgeron ever do to deserve even a remote comparison to Saban or even Miles?
Saban took over a down AL program that was losing and now rules college football. He turned LSU and AL around.
Orgeron did not just coach his 1st game at LSU last week and his career at OM was close to a historical low. The guy was an unemployed DL coach that nobody wanted for a full year after his USC stint until Miles hired him.

Les did not leave us in a place where a 6-7 team last year beats us by 30 points. Two players ejected for targeting a penalties galore.

Not a Les fan by any stretch but blaming him for this season or next is ridiculous.

Again, doesn't matter that it was State.

They're probably good.

HeyDerek! Glad you came here to post you snake oil salesman.
He was part of the problem with recruiting dumbass. His area of recruiting is one reason why we are where we are AND his lack of discipline i.e. Making sure people took care of their business off the field last year.
Open your damn eyes!

Um I did live through those days and the ones before. Every response has been ambient noise without a single point made. Par for the course with the loser crowd.

Please post LSUs record last season against a rush defense ranked lower than 50.

Please post the stats from the Louisiville game for the number of punts.

Now post his head coaching record in the SEC and PAC 12 as an official head coach (not interim) counting this season.

Now look at the wins from the stint last season...
You'll see why he should never been hired.

I wanted Miles gone more than anyone since 2008.
I do not blame O. I blame Alexander and Alleva.
With that said, I want him gone. And yes, I bet I'm older and have been a fan longer than 98% on here.
No I will not stop donating because O and Alleva are there, but I will send in my disagreement to the BOS.

We lost in historic fashion!

Think about that for a fricking minute. We have had some horrendous teams in the past and even they didn't lose by 30 to MSU.

What? Are you crazy? He's not Less Miles, he's coach O and to make matters worst, he was hired by Joe Alleva.

Where were you during Les Miles' last 3 years when LSU was spiraling downhill.

Calling for Miles to be fired and replaced with a capable coach, i.e. not Coach O.

Now Coach O is being blasted for losing one game

Not losing one game, getting the doors blown off by a subpar program with less talent whom LSU has historically dominated.
quote:

in a very hostile environment

Starkville? Not really. And again, LSU has historically dominated Mississippi State on their home field.
quote:

with a depleted line on both sides of the ball

Well having enough talent on the roster and having enough players on the field falls at the feet of the head coach, especially one who not only served previously as the team's recruiting coordinator, but its defensive line coach.
