These threads are such a clusterfrick during the season.

But these responses are great to see. Just enjoy that you have a live Tiger on your college campus. he's not your fricking monkey trained to dance and roar on command.

The real problem in 2014 he was sending out a tweet at 9:30 a.m. in the morning saying Mike wasn't going to be at the 6:30 p.m. game that night.

We need to email the vet to go public with the fact that Mike will never make another game. I want to hear it from his words "this mike the tiger will never make another trip to tiger stadium."

I'd settle for a plexiglass "cage" so fans could actually see him when he does feel like showing up.

I just emailed David Baker Mike's primary veterinarian. I believe he is also his primary caregiver. I politely expressed the importance of having Mike in Tiger Stadium is to the LSU Faithful. I figured this would be the right time to let him know so he can work on teaching Mike how to get into his cage during the offseason. His e-mail address is dbaker@vetmed.lsu.edu If the rantards can win a helmet contest, the rantards can let their voice be heard as to how important this tradition is. Seriously e-mail this guy and politely let him know how you feel. I'd love for him to get 5,000 new messages in his inbox all asking him to have Mike "Game Day Ready" next season. Please and thank you.

Absolutely not. I want him to have a very light breakfast and by game time put his favorite treat in the cage. It's not that hard or inhumane.

Step one for PETA is getting out our stadium.
Step two is getting him off our campus.

Apparently no one here gives a shite about tradition so lets just take him off campus too

Apparently you didn't learn about fallacies while at LSU.

He's already responded to why this doesn't work.

They do that every game to see if he'll go. It puts an unhealthy amount of stress on Mike when he comes into the stadium. Keep him healthy and lively why make our majestic loved tiger endure stress and uncomforted over tradition?

I just emailed him and politely asked if Mike could stay at my house next weekend. I'll take good care of him and take him to the met for some baseball.

I can just imagine telling my wife that a buddy asked me to keep his cat for the weekend, then show up with Mike.
