joe cox HAS had meaningful snaps. In 2006 we Colo. was kicking our arse at home and he came in in relief of staff and threw some clutch passes including winning td. Also in 2006 he started vs. OM was ineffective and was pulled.
based on what we've seen/heard i think most uga fans are very positive about joe cox.

If he starts in 2009 then its been 3 years since talking a snap that has meant something or started a game.
Your right I would like to have an older guy playing QB but not when has the same amount of experience as the RS Freshman.
This is the same thing that happened when Terishinski (sp?) took over for Shockley.
