I don't see why October 29th is eliminated.

Not only do you want to change the schedule of the entire NCAA but you really think people wait until the last possible moment to book rooms and flights?

To be fair, we don't know who will be playing in the game until 7 days before.

it could easily be played Dec 3 and the SECCG Dec 10th - so what they move back the Final 4 selection a week. And it is not like anyone has booked rooms or flights for Atlanta yet

Facilities get reserved LONG before the actual event date. And then there are all the ancillary deals made on top of that date by service companies, promotional items, etc, etc. It wouldn't be as simple as some seem to think.

The SEC family sounds like a dysfunctional southern family coming together to say No. Maybe a TV series in the making... Simple Sankey

That eliminates 11/19

SEC can pay South Alabama and Florida can come her on 11/19. We'll keep the gate and they can still come back next year. Problem solved.

Yes, and that's why sankey should have considered this last week

So True !! It's only a "family issue if LSU is consenting" It's a one way street with SANKEY (Showing his favorites already)..

Lsu should not accommodate anyone. They can all frick off. Change the rule to divisional record to get to Atlanta and problem solved.

its funny that people actually think the game will be played. There was no intent to ever make up the game. It should have been listed as cancelled. Foley and Sankey definitely intended on the game being cancelled but said postponed to try to appease the public...they had no idea the pr nightmare that would ensue.

Had they truly planned on postponing the game a date would have been set last week.

The ripple effect of this is pretty fun to watch. I'm sure Clinton or Trump will address it in the next debate.

Let's see, you want Arky to adjust their schedule and ask South Alabama to adjust their's? Common Man!

I believe South Alabama would tell the SEC to go frick themselves, and rightly so. The only solution is for Floriduh to accept a forfeit.

The storm was a problem for UGA because it affected them. They had a plan in place to play their game. That is the extent of their responsibilities for this hurricane. Its a shame that Florida doesn't know that.

I propose a cage match between Alleva and Foley. The last man standing earns a win for his team. No make up date required. Pay per view with net proceeds split between flood victims in LA and hurricane victims in FL.
