While that sounds good, it is a week after LSU plays Ole Miss. In addition, you screw over a lot of hotels that have booked travelers coming in for the Alabama game and what about the people who have reservations already. Do you bump them for new reservations.

its funny that people actually think the game will be played.

I agree. I don't see it happening at this point. unless some added payouts are made to other schools to adjust their schedules.

There was no intent to ever make up the game. It should have been listed as cancelled. Foley and Sankey definitely intended on the game being cancelled but said postponed to try to appease the public...they had no idea the pr nightmare that would ensue.

I don't think they wanted the game cancelled. I really believe they said "postponed" hoping to strong arm LSU into playing on 11/19. I don't think Florida is 'scared' to played LSU. However, they were more than happy to try to play them later in the season when their players had time to heal.

Had they truly planned on postponing the game a date would have been set last week.

They couldn't set a date without LSU approving the 11/19 option. That is why Sanky and Foley started the crap saying it was postponed and spread the 11/19 option trying to force Alleva's hand.
