Layton Garnett is a beast! Check out this video:
Layton Garnett 2015 Higlights

He is 6'3" 255 lbs, has a high motor and a nose for the ball! How the hell did the so-called recruiting services miss this guy? 2 star?! WTF! This guy looks at least as good as a 4 star!

Aranda apparently discovered this guy. No wonder he developed a top 5 defense with a bunch of nobodys at Wisconsin. Aranda rules!!!

To heck with Fowler! We have a replacement for Beckwith! What do you guys think? Am I missing something?

He had a couple of injuries that kept him out for a good amount of time. He also moved to defensive end his senior year. I think he definitely is underrated and I'm glad he's on board. He seems just the type of guy Aranda would have playing for him at Wisky.

The thing that jumped out to me is how he can read the offense. Seems to know the play that is coming. He crashed down and played the runs really good and was also very aware when to pass rush. Must have a high football iq

I like that he plays mad!

To nit pick some: Why are his arms all over the place when he runs?

He had a couple of injuries that kept him out for a good amount of time.

And he still had a fast moving highlight video that went for 6 min 10 sec! Not many highlight videos are anywhere near that long!

West Monroe kids are smart football players. It's a shame we haven't landed more of them recently, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Benching 225 for 28 this past summer

Sophomore highlights at MLB

Jumping out of a pool

Kid was underrated due to sitting out his junior year with an ankle injury. He had 3 surgeries on it, finally going to Dr Andrews to fix the problem. He switched to DE this year to help the team.
