Alabama gained 199 more yards.
Alabama got 11 more first downs.
Alabama committed half the penalties.
Alabama scored 14 in the 4th.
Alabama scored 9 more points.

Blame the refs for this one, and you're a moron.

LSU led at the end of both the 2nd and 3rd quarters and much of the game, was only behind UA by 1 in both Third, and Fourth-Down Conversions.

Alabama got flagged for half the penalties. Not something to bag about considering the horrible level of officiating.

Their only touchdown in the 4th was:

Not a great feat considering 3 was from the drive than ended in an interception that the entire world knows was miscalled by the refs. Add to that the effect of such a crooked call on the LSU team...

You're a moron either way. Your entire argument rests on thinking it was some kind of blowout, when the facts destroy your argument.

no, but it prevented us from winning the game. take away bama's FG and give us almost 6 minutes to go 70 yds to win it. maybe we would have, maybe we wouldn't have but we woulda had a chance and that interception gave us that chance that some a-hole in the replay booth took away from them.

This is what you people just don't understand. The officials did not give Alabama a field goal. Alabama converted on a 3rd and 7, and I think they got another first down as well (could be wrong)...Alabama scored that field goal on their own. The officials did not kick it for them.

LSU blew it on 3rd and 7. When you allow 14 in the 4th quarter, don't blame the refs.

Alabama gained 199 more yards. Of this 73 due to a block in the back plus the 20 or so after the interception would not have counted and of course who knows how many more yards the Tigers get after the Int.
Alabama got 11 more first downs which would have been reduced both ways with proper officiating.
Alabama committed half the penalties which would have been doubled with proper officiating.
Alabama scored 14 in the 4th which would have been 3 with proper officiating.
Alabama scored 9 more points which would have been at least 2 less points than LSU with proper officiating.

Blame the refs for this one, and you're justified just a tad.

fixed it.

Find me someone here saying the game was lost because of the int no call. People are pissed that the refs got it wrong and took a possession away from us. No one knows what would have happened after that.

Not one person said it was...did you just crawl out from under a rock, or are you not capable of analytical thinking?

Alabama only scored ONE clean touchdown, the other was from an uncalled illegal block in the back and the rest of their points Bama was reduced to a "Morton Anderson" style offense.

Bama couldn't even get in the endzone to end the drive that the refs gave to them on a silver platter.

Bama should be happy they have a good kicker.

That Int no call changed the complexion of the game. LSU got the ball with 4 min left. if they didn't have to score twice they could have taken there time down the field. So, yes the no call was a big deal. And there was clipping on the julio jones TD.

It was clearly an interception. There is no dispute about it. There is no logical, rational reason why the replay officials did not overturn the call on the field. It would have given LSU the opportunity to win the game created by a nice play on the field by Peterson. (The rest of the stuff were non-calls.) This was a result of a decision by someone in the replay booth to not give LSU the chance to win, thereby benefiting the other team. I agree that the horse has been beaten not only to death, but into cat food.

Lee completed 4 of 10 passes for 41 yards with an interception and two other near interceptions in a quarter and a half of play in the second half when Jefferson hurt his ankle in the third quarter. He struggled with clock management and with getting plays called before having to call a timeout.
The above from Bleacher Report and Mr. Guilbeau today!

You LSU fans need to seriously take off your purple and gold glasses and stop bitching. LSU is going to go on and play in a good bowl game and stomp the shite out of some lesser team and represent the SEC well.

We Alabama fans respect LSU because ya'll are some of the craziest most passionate fans in the SEC. Ya'll will literally cuss and yell "Tiger Bait," at the other teams fans and then offer them some boudin and a cold beer.

Every Alabama fan was pulling for LSU in 2003 and 2007 when you won your National Championships.

I was in Southern California a couple of weeks ago and saw some USC fan with a USC 2003 National Championship hat on. I walked over to the dude and said, "LSU was the National Champion in 2003, the crystal ball is in Baton Rouge, the PAC 10 couldn't even sniff the SEC's jock strap."

It is unknown whether LSU could have driven to a touchdown after the interception. It is a fact that the officials denied LSU the opportunity to try. That's why discussion of the officiating is relevant.
