Why would you expect no less than 10 wins? Have you seen the schedule? Wait for the mass exodus of juniors as well. If Les can get the D to stay, I could see 10 wins, but I expect most to leave.

The fact that everyone on the schedule is beatable and LSU is still a talented team that is in it week in and week out, despite how I or anyone else feels about the coaching.

Do you ever watch other teams play offense? The UL schools and La Tech looked better and may have been able to beat us this year. LSU will not start having losing seasons anytime soon but the games are getting harder to watch. That will eventually cost us recruits.

Even with all of those players coming back, we will have the same incompetent coaches calling the plays. A lack of talent is NOT LSU's problem at the moment.

just that 8-9 wins a year will become the norm, give or take a few year to year.

so you're predicting anywhere from 5-12 year to year? Damn, you're really going out on a limb there hoss.

We got away with lackluster offense so many times this year and won games against teams we were just more talented than. This time we didn't and I'm hoping it FINALLY opened CLM's eyes. We need a FULL TIME Offensive Line Coach and Offensive Coordinator.

Our lack of talent at qb the last few years certainly hasn't helped. And oline didn't look very talented last night.

I hate pessimists. Our recruiting has been, and continues to be exemplary. This is nothing that a few tweaks (aka a new OC and a new O-Line coach) can't fix.

I hate people who mistake a pessimist for a realist. You think miles is going to actually make changes in his coaching staff? Bwaaahaaahaaa! Bwaaahaaahaaa! Wait....wait.....wait.... Bwaaahaaahaaa!

Interesting the head idiot is suppose to be an Oline expert but we don't know how to pass block.

I've come to the conclusion that I pretty much hate LSU fans.

Just did, and I don't follow you.

I'm saying we need to get used to 8-9 win seasons for a while and be thankful for it. We may luck out and get 10 again, but it will be an exception, not the norm. I can also see us winning 6-7 from time to time. Les is here for as long as he wants. I don't think the program will go totally into the toilet, but we can no longer consider ourselves elite.

Get real. I am as disappointed in the Clemson loss as anyone but, please. The sky is not falling. LSU will have a very strong team next year. One of 5 or 6 teams mentioned for national title next year. With playoffs. Who knows what will happen.

Until Les' recruiting starts to suck this thread is wrong and pointless

Recruiting is not an issue... He could recruit the Packers and still be a shitty game coach. He has the imagination of an earth worm. The man is a destroyer of talent.... period

Holy crap the bedwetters are out in full force today, huh? This may reach 1/9 levels of epic shitfestness.

Ain't no meltdown like a TD meltdown.
