I would be sad if we didn't honor one of the all-time great Tigers in his last home game, simply because he is a junior. How dumb and silly. He gave us just as much/more than the seniors did.

He will be honored just like Patrick Peterson and honey badger.....when he donates that million to TAF and comes back for the presentation. He's a junior, this is SENIOR day....no matter how good he is doesn't change that fact

Senior Day is for seniors, not All Americans or Heisman Trophy winners, or any other great players who aren't seniors. And frick Coach O if he even entertains letting Fournette participate.

This is a day for Beckwith, White, and a whole bunch of guys who never got on the field for much relevant playing time. It's not for superstars who leave early.

You can honor Fournette in some other way, but not this.

I could be wrong, but I could vaguely recall Sam Montgomery or another junior walking out for senior day. He was a red shirt junior so maybe it was because he already graduated.

Simply put, Juniors that go pro are mostly mercenaries that are only in college because that's the only way to get to the NFL. Seniors that stay and graduate are collegiate athletes, some of which will also play in the NFL. This day is for the student athletes. LF has been honored(practically worshipped) by the fans and media alike for the last 3 years. I think it is time we honor some of the other players who sacrificed their time and bodies with out over shadowing their contributions with yet another LF love fest. Senior Day ceremonies is THEIR time, let LF get his standing ovation after the game.

I am 100% on the side that senior day is for seniors only. LF7 should NOT be involved. But the statement above.......LF7 is NOT that guy.
