Didn't Lester Ricard start the Iowa Cap One Bowl, bringing LSU back in the last few seconds, with Paris Hodges literally bulldozing Iowa's DL?

How can a Saban caliber player like Ricard start against LSU? Also, Chris Vincent was the catalyst for the 2003 season by rushing for 1,000 yards. How can people forget the "Philly Flash"?

Keiland played as a true freshman.

Peterson played as a true freshman

Shepard is playing as a true freshman.

Toliver played as a true freshman.

Randle is playing as a true freshman.

Downs is playing as a true freshman.

WTF are you talking about?

Because we don't rely on true freshman to make huge impacts, but just contribute it some way, means we are an established program with depth.

Because some schools have much bigger holes to fill than LSU. When these heralded freshmen become juniors, should our new freshmen replace them? Go straight to the corner and get your pointy hat.

Yeah, cuz USC, Alabama, Florida, and Ohio State just don't have the talent that an LSU team has.

arse!

So they can be in the presence of Patrick Peterson

I agree with MandevilleLSUTiger. This is where you want to be as a program, where you don't have to start freshman. This is the same reason Carrol didn't want Sanchez to leave USC. He was then forced to start inexperienced freshman at QB.

Huh? Let's face it. RP was like all Les Miles players. Had it not been for Saban signing Rick Clausen, LSU never would have won the SECCG. Look at players like Chad Jones & Patrick Peterson for example. Neither is even close to the level of a Saban signees Erin Damond & Keron Gordon. I'm a Realitiger & it's time to face FACTS.
