So many compare these two great RBs. I know we are all behind Buga but, seriously.. what you are non- P&G opinions on the two?

Stats don't always tell you much. Strength of schedule will not allow side by side comparisons. They are clearly both BEASTS! I am happy that one of them is ours.

What say you?

On paper, meaning stats, Chubb has the upper hand on fournette. Both are great backs and have a different running style

In my opinion, Fournette has more size and speed, Chubb has better patience, quickness and vision.

I haven't watched Chubb enough to make a fair assessment....but I will say LF is better.

I doubt Georgia runs into the same fronts that LSU does. Their offense seems to have more of a vertical passing game.

Their qb was 11-21 with 116 yards against vandy

If Chubb came out of high school as teh #1 prospect, he would be getting more praise than Fournette does. I really like the way Chubb runs, but I love me some Buga too.

Both great backs. We may look back at Chubb and Fournette and see the best duo of RBs the SEC has ever had together.

I haven't seen them play this year. I said that based on the typical offense I see from Georgia year in year out. They love hitting the TE on seam routes and do pass vertical quite a bit.

Nope. But they usually have a prostyle QB and offense.

4nette

please pay particular attention to play #2 and find me anything similar to that type agility in Chubbs.

Fournette's agility and athleticism puts him over the top vs Chubbs.

Have not seen Chubb play enough.

Fournette started slow last year but as he adjusted to the college game, he has shown an amazing combination of size, speed, power, and agility. He is truly a rare running back.

on that second TD run, No. 11 for state curled up like a whipped dog to avoid hitting Buga

I think Fournette will be better than Chubb in the NFL, although Chubb is doing better in college.

Buga runs more violently than Chubb. The size, speed, power combo is unreal with Fournette but Chubb is a monster in his own right. Can't really choose one or the other. Let this be the last thread on this please.

Will be fun to watch both careers. Gonna have to be very special to match Bo and Hershel tandem back in da day!
