The atmosphere will be electric when this kid steps on the field. I will be in attendance to see his first game as a Tiger. Wouldn't it be sweet if Fournette trots out on the field for the first offensive play of the 2014 season?

They probably don't want to do that until the concrete in the SEZ is completely cured.

WLAE is airing a Fournette special tonight at 9:00. I am looking for a way to stream it since I don't get that station. It sounds like it'll be good.

Not really. I want to see Magee and Hilliard have a great season. If Fournette has a break out year then that is just icing on the cake.

As much as I like Magee and Hilliard, both have a ceiling that would prohibit them from becoming a Heisman candidate. I think LF's ceiling is just that--would love to see him get the first carry of the year.

I you find out, please share with the rest of us. This kid is mature beyond his age. I am glad he chose to be a Tiger. I don't know why but I expect Ole Les Miles will surprise all of us on game day. Harris could be under center for the first play, Fournette could be the starting KO man or RB. We have the best staff that we have had under Miles. All he has to do is let those Tigers run free.

It doesn't have to be either/or. LF can do more than play RB. I expect we'll move him around to create matchup problems all over the field.

Actually it would be disrespectful to the two other guys that have earned their keep.

If a guy is getting it done in practice more so or better than the other two, he isn't earning it?

I am really excited to finally see this kid play...but honestly, I am probably equally excited about seeing Dupre, Quinn, Harris and Adams.

Adams was my favorite recruit from this last class...he's going to bring the swagger back to our defense that we missed last year.
