Former LSU OL Steven Singleton charger with murder

I don't recall this guy ever coming to campus. Are you sure he didn't try to sign with LSU, fail to get in (Like Toddrick Bajoie, D'Montrell WIlson, etc), go to JUCO, and then sign with South Carolina?
