Unbelievable

Not surprising with how much of a ripoff his restaurant is.

On a similar note, I am considering suing my Elementary school and Voit for the "x" that has permanently scarred my chest from the hard end of their PE rubber footballs.

If he has his helmet, maybe he should read the warning label on it?

This is beyond pathetic. Guess he figures suing LSU might hurt business. He is over.

There were no labels back then, I dont think. Later, in the late 70's each helmet had to be recertified each year and a new sticker affixed.
Sad that he sues and wants to hurt the very sport that gave him the notoriety to earn a living. If he wasn't an LSU football player, how successful would his restaurant have been?

As stated in the OT thread:

Following the NFL's settlement in similar lawsuits, this is our always compassionate and altruistic plaintiff's bar's next "noble" crusade. Don't worry though, the NCAA, individual universities, and equipment manufacturers will settle and pass the costs on to you, the football fan.
