Yep, not support the programs with the black coaches, but support incompetent coaches of other races....

You have your head buried in the sand if you think Livingston being added to this staff is going to do anything but please most LSU alums and fans who don't have their heads buried up their arse.
If you clowns could get past your hate of LSU coaches, your LSU fan lives might not be so pathetic.

Oh boy here we go with the racist outcry. It sure as hell ain't about race. 4 black coaches in a row hired for a sport dominated by black athletes and this guy pulls the race card. It's about results period. I like JJ want him to succeed, but he really did not this past year and neither did Nikki or Trent. Nothing at all to do with Race. That rhetoric is part of the problem nation wide and yes i am going there. U don't want fair treatment you want privileged treatment. Get caught red handed doing something wrong don't own, it's because you picked on by being black.

I recall Randy's coaches saying great things about him as a person and basketball mind during his last year of playing (D-League?). He apparently had a couple of solid years after his NBA stints.
The only time I saw him play in high school was at the Cajundome against the much more talented New Iberia squad (would have won 5A that year but their star got suspended for championship game). Randy played a brilliant game and somehow led his little team to (almost) victory but fouled a guy with 1 second remaining attempting a 3/4 court desperation heave.
I was at LSU at the same time as Randy and remember him quitting halfway through the year. I didn't think anything negative about him at the time, as it was apparent that his knee was shot. Two days later, I went to Nola with friends during the weekend before Mardi Gras and saw him on Bourbon Street. At least that wasn't the end of his career.

He was "never" a standout at LSU....what could have been if the knees would have held up.

Surprised he can walk after complication following ACL surgery.
