I'm talking about the poor coaching. Guys standing around...no rebounding. Ball hogging no offense. Johnny Jones sucks

Completely disagree. Other than the second half of the 90 Ga Tech tournament game, Dale's teams were known for hustle and great rebounding. Dale was a great motivator, but he was an underestimated X&O coach. You don't get to be the #2 coach in conference history at his retirement by being a crappy tactician. We would love to have the success that Dale consistently had.

Yeah, I'm getting there pretty fast.

Really? Are that stupid? Dale went to 2 Final Fours one of which he had a 6'7" true freshman forward playing center. Go back to Special Ed and stop posting. Dale is LSU basketball.

Dale brown looks like Coach K compared to CJJ.

We've lost to Houston and College of Charleston so far.

Don't forget, J J learned coaching by sitting next to Dale on the bench. It appears he wasn't always paying attention.

Dale may have been better but he severely under achieved with the talent he had as well.

Dale took two teams to the final four. I'm not certain Jones makes it to the final 64.

You're obviously too young yourself to remember the Dale Brown years. Either that, or you're way too old and senility has set in......

That's such a ridiculous, uninformed statement. Dale underachieved with some teams and overachieved with others. His 1987 team started Darryl Joe, Anthony Wilson, Nikita Wilson, Bernard Woodside and Oliver Brown (the common factor with all these guys, though Anthony and Nikita were damn good players, is they never played a game in the NBA). That team lost in the elite 8 to the eventual national champion Indiana, in what I have always believed was the biggest rim job any LSU team in any sport has gotten from the refs. Dale was a miracle worker with that team.

We're gonna look back at this team 10 years from now and wonder how it's possible that we couldn't make the tournament with Ben Simmons.

Either you are retarded, stupid or retarded.

I'm not saying that Dale never had a team underachieve, but they never underachieved this efficiently.

The half court offense is usually ugly. The half court defense is always terrible. Boxing out is a foreign concept to this team.

Also when Dale coached the SEC was a much more competitive conference. He is/was much underrated as a Coach b/c he was such an awesome motivator.

His teams never lacked intensity...this team looks soft.
