What was your experience like on your trip to Tuscaloosa? How were you treated? What were your thoughts on the campus, stadium, ladies, etc? Had a great time tailgating with some of your fans, good luck the rest of the season. This has become my favorite game of the season every year.

arse holes are gonna be arse holes no matter what team they are for. gameday just gives them an excuse.

No matter what team it is, you just have to find the fans with class to tailgate with.

My Brother went. He said the trip was going fine until he was gang raped by men dressed as Zebras. He said there was no warning or KY used. The rape was reviewed, but determined inconclusive.

About what I thought it would be. Bunch of assholes after the game. Pretty nice and civil before but trailer park red necks afterwards. I would rather be LSU and lose than to be Bama and win.

I was gonna start a thread about this tomorrow but ill go ahead and say it here.

I have been to pretty much all SEC schools, and yes every place has there good and bad fans. And yes i did have fun will some nice enjoyable bama fans there.

But i have never experienced so many rude, vulgar fans than yesterday, even after games we win. 6 or 7 times i had people run up to me and yell frick YOU in my face. and not just college kids, a 40 yo woman did this to me and multiple groups.

I have been to a lot of Alabama games here (wife is a Bammer and I have lived in Tuscaloosa for 18 years now) and for the most part Bama fans are generally tame and I have a lot of friends who are Bammers. But for some reason from about the 4th qtr on and after the game on the way back to the truck I dont think I have ever seen a greater collection of assholes as I saw yesterday. From booing and laughing when our players were hurt to getting in my face and screaming all kinds of bullshite. I thought Georgia fans were the most disgusting breed of people I have ever seen but yesterday changed all that.

That being said as I have said yesterday was an exception not the rule and I dont know what changed that. One play here or there and the game goes a different way but oh well.

I wasn't there but to the OP ... shame on every f'ing fan that was doing whatever the hell cheer it was while our man was down.

I can honestly say that wouldn't happen .. and hasn't happened .. in Tiger Stadium.

F'em all.

I thought it was fun. Much nicer than the LSU campus. Of course all schools have their share of douchebag fans there were a lot who were cool before and after the game. After the game I actually had some Alabama fans come up to me and say how they even thought the refs did terrible. So overall it was an enjoyable trip

I wonder what could've changed around the 4th quarter that could've influenced your opinion.

I find that my ability to tolerate opposing fans is directly related to LSU's ability to obliterate opposing teams. I felt nauseated last year walking back from the Ole Miss game. I believe that I was one more Hotty Toddy away from first degree murder.

Didn't see any in Tuscaloosa, but I saw plenty in Starkville.

I didn't think it was that bad, sure they were rammer jammering us on the way back to the car and old women yelling "frick You" into my face, but I had quite a few Bammers walking next to us telling us what a great game it was. Two Gumps told me that had Peterson not had leg cramps, LSU would have won.

I think their campus and LSU's are pretty even. They have a cool set up with all the apartments and frats being by the stadium. The strip is cool. I like LSU's unique style better though. Other than the campus and strip, T-town seemed kind of ghetto to me.

My first trip in 2007 was very enjoyable. Fans before and after were very nice and welcoming. I never expected what happened on the way back to the truck after the game last night....before the game y'all were extremely welcoming and nice. After the game I have NEVER seen so many SORE WINNERS in my life. I had people pointing in my face saying frick LSU! That occurred on multiple occasions. I know how some LSU fans are after a win, but NEVER have I seen so many people react this way. So I am saying now, frick BAMA YOU BUNCH OF SORE WINNERS. Show some class next time.

I dont really mean the frick you bama part. I'm still a little bitter about how we were treated after the game. I apologize

I went to a couple of games in Tuscaloosa in the 90's. I was treated just fine. I was very impressed with the stadium and the campus. No complaints here.
