Why not? Have you ever asked for a raise? Ever declined a raise if you were offered more money from your competition?
Ever been the most valuable employee at your company but your coworkers thought you sucked?
When did capitalism and free markets ease to exist?

If your boss gave you a raise in 2011, and you didn't meet your performances and did a mediocre job and a year and a half later, asked for another raise and he said frick you, would you be surprised?

Because what he's producing is worth $3.8. Had he not shite the bed last year and not been so fricking stubborn this year you'd have an argument. He's already getting top 5 money and that's what he deserves. Nothing more, nothing less as of now.

No way he deserves a fricking raise! Most employers give their employees raises based upon job performance. I wouldn't give another fricking penny. JMO

I agree with an earlier poster about the top 5 argument. He is a top 5 coach. If he is already paid like one, then he is good.
