You can point to the 2 in the bcs as much as you like...but even the bears made the super bowl with rex grossman at qb.

Did you see the game Flynn played against Auburn?

Of course not. Do you have reading comprehension problems?

I'd say Flynn is 4th best in the SEC; whoever said he is worse than Cox and JPW is dumb.

Mitchells, either, and Lafell, yes I know he is not a first year player, he had all of 2 catches last year.

SO the defense was not the reason we won the game??? I do belive they caused a fumble at the 2 that got us the go ahead touchdown did they not?

I wasn't me that said it

But how can you basically not call C. & J Mitchell and RJ Jackson first year receivers...they've barely played.

This is the most moronic thread ever.

But dont most teams have backups become starters?? Thats the norm. Even OSU had ginn and gonzalez leave for the nfl.

Well, we scored 41 points last night. This may be one of the best offenses we've ever had. Is he perfect? No. Can he get better? Sure.

They helped. They did their part. IT's a team effort. We had to have somebody put up points.

I dont recall him just dropping the ball because he was looking at a girl in the stands.

I believe he fumbled because a 300 pound+ dt basically smacked it out of his hand.

Lets face it guys if we had Jamarcus this season we would still be undefeated. The problem with Flynn is he does not have the physical tools and is leery of scrambling. Several times yesterday there were open lanes for a first down to scramble, instead he stayed in the pocket and failed to complete the pass. Also his mental acuity is overrated in the last 4 games flynn has had at least one interception in each game. Sometimes his judgement can be questioned. Anyway in the SEC I would rather have these 6 quarterbacks. 1. Tim Tebow 2. Erik Ainge 3. Stafford 4. John Parker Wilson 5. Brandon Cox 6. Andre Woodson Say what you want about cox and wilson but they would do just as good if not better than flynn if they were the qb at LSU.

1. Tim Tebow (6-3)
2. Erik Ainge (6-3)
3. Matt Stafford (7-2)
4. John Parker Wilson (6-3)
5. Brandon Cox (7-3)
6. Andre Woodson (6-3)
7. Matt Flynn (8-1)

Is there any other SEC QB with eight wins and a chance to lead a team to a MNC? Please tell me if I've overlooked one.

Again I want to reiterate I NEVER said Flynn was a bad QB. That is not the issue. I just believe that there are 6qbs that are equal if not better than him.

Chad Jones is a 215 lb nickelback, NOT a 300 lb DT.
