his Benz suv has broke down twice - he is flipping over to a Yota. Nick promised roadside service when they shook on the deal and never delivered. Sauce confirmed (can't squeal on my sauce - with get the hammer).

I'll watch Kiffins Krimson Korner this week to get a bead on what's happening.

I would not mind Kiffin because he runs a mixed offense but it sure is pretty when it is clicking.

However, I always liked Sterlin Gilbert who should be available since he was working under Strong. What he did to TX offense and his previous work was incredible at Tulsa and Bowling Green. He also has major ties in TX as he is from there and can recruit TX for us.

Then, either Briles or Helfrich

In order:

Gilbert
Kiffin
Helfrich
Briles

Anyone of these LSU finally has an offense, and couple that with Aranda at DC, all teams should be worried including Saban.

Other things O must do to clean house and make the staff better. He will get maybe $3.5M where LSU was going to pay Fisher or Herman $6.5-7.5M so lets say $7M. That frees 2.5M just to pay the coaches who did not want to come here plus Aranda's $1.2M and Cam's or OC $1.2 = $2.4. $7M + $2.4M = $9.4M which would have cost just for the Head Coach and the OC and DC.

So now the difference is $6M from our head coach and 2 main coordinators who make $0. So to keep Aranda who makes $1.2M and did a wonderful job this year, now we need to go up $500K to $1.7M and bring in Kiffin let's say for $1.5M = $3.2M (that leaves $2.8M more money left) to give more to the OC and DC (800K) to where they each get $2M per year- WOW!!! That further leaves $2M to give a few 100-200K raises to some of the other coaches or entice great coaches to join the LSU Staff.

By getting Coach O for $3.5M that frees up a lot of Salary Cap room if you will to make the whole staff much better and like O said " I will get have the best coaching staff in all of college football"

Fire Peveto- Done
Fire OL coach-
Fire Moffit- We are weak, need a young buck like Bama's coach and give him a 100K raise to $610K

Keep Corey Raymond- Secondary Coach and raise from 375K to 500K- Be Happy!!

Keep D. Craig- WR and raise from 550K-700K & recruiting coord. Get those Mobile and Bama recruits to LSU

Keep Ensminger in a non coaching role, or TE coach only if new OC wants to keep him (Since he did a great job with our offense) Can I say Co-OC position...lol just joking

As for RB Coach Jaluke- That is up to the new OC

Strength Coach- We are weak, need a young buck like Bama's coach (Cochran) and give him a 100K raise to $610K

Hire Kevin Mawae- He can do it!! Don't tell me he has no experience coaching. He is an NFL great and wants the job!!

Special Teams- Go get Joe Robinson who was at LSU in 2010 and was named ST Coord of the year. Or, go get the best, Sean Snyder at Kansas State

I don't like Saban, at all! But he has to be that way with Kiffin. Kiffin might be the best schemer and QB coach out there, but he is a child and he must be treated as one

This is the correct answer. Saban has to keep a leash on Kiffin and keep him from being too cute with his play calling and blowing a game.

Some of you are just tossing shite against the wall and hope it sticks.

I imagine Saban is impossible to work for.

Sure, Saban isn't warm and fuzzy (at least from what we can see). But he's an incredible coach that holds himself, his players, and his coaching staff to a very high standard. And the players and coaches respond accordingly.

So yes, he's probably not yucking it up around the office, but Saban is a winner, and coaches and players like to be around winners.

Well have to establish a Tiger Droppings watch dog at tigerland every night to make sure Kiffin stays on the straight and narrow.

When Bama is dominating, he's got to do something to rile up the fanbase so they'll tune into his show and call in to yell at him.

The marriage came to an abrupt end when Saban (in a rage) chewed Kiffin on the sideline in front of a national television audience. Saban is famous for embarrassing players and coaches alike in front of parents, fans, and viewers. Hell I recall he once spanked (literally) his starting QB in front of a national audience. I was appalled. He may be a super coach but he's still a jerk. On the contrary BeBe is a people person who respects the dignity of his subordinates, and especially the players. Just because you're a successful coach doesn't give you the right to humiliate people.

Hey Coach Kiffin come join us at LSU, we're building a dynasty. Besides we'll make coaching fun again AND you'll never have to fear getting humiliated again in front of a national audience simply because you were just doing your job.

One Team - One Heartbeat!
