PG Tim Quarterman, Gray, and Patterson
SG Antonio Blakeney, Hornsby,
SF Jarell Martin, A epps
PF Ben Simmons, Craig Victor
C Jordan Mickey, Elbert Robinson, and Malone

Would be filthy. Probably 5 future NBA guys if not more. With solid SEC players coming in off the bench. Obviously players would move around, but that is a pretty solid roster if M and M comes back.

Mickey isn't coming back. Martin is an outside shot of coming back, but he's gone if he keeps playing like he has the last few games.

If LSU flames out, I just Mickey would be taking a big risk of not going in the first round. Of coarse he could go anyway, but to me I would come back. Martin probably has already gotten himself in the first round and he has the higher ceiling IMO. He could end up in the lottery with a deep run next year IMO. To me the better choice is to take a chance with next years squad at really making a name for themselves.

I don't think people realize how many things need to go right for a team to make the final 4. If Mickey and Martin return we should make the Sweet 16 or Elite 8 but final four shouldn't be an expectation.
