Dellenger reported that he did in fact tear his ACL. Never knew that but I feel really bad because he had such a great season. But hopefully he recovers well and comes back even better!

Just curious, how do insurance policies work for draft-ready athletes?

was afraid of that when he went down like he did without contact. hopefully he has a full recovery and appreciate him coming back his senior season. such a shame as he likely, prior to the injury, boosted his draft stock a bit. hate to see this

I was hoping it would be nothing, just like at the beginning of the season or in the spring? Can't remember exactly when it was? But, I remember thinking oh shite....he came back for senior year and gets hurt before the season. Now, it's a reality......hate it for him!

One of my all time favorite tigers. I'd draft him in a heartbeat if I was most NFL teams.

That is horrible, absolutely horrible. Guy is a warrior, and was a tackling machine. He had a nose for the ball these last two seasons, and was often unblockable or by taking on multiple blocks freed up others to make plays.

Nothing but best wishes for him and his speedy recovery. Never quit. Keep Charging Beck!!!

Dude is a warrior, he'll get back in the game.

He came back when he didn't have to.

Probably why LF7 did what he did, heard Beckwith might drop alot because of this.

Heal up Kendall. My son played soccer and ran track; he tore his ACL completely and had a cadaver transplant junior year of HS. Came back to play again in SR. year. You'll come back stronger than ever. Work the rehab, that's all.

It's crazy that it took this long for the news to come out. The Baton Rouge media is pathetic.

More importantly, I agree with you about Beckwith. This sucks for him. I hope he recovers well and turns into a great pro.

Bad break for Kendall, but he'll be back. You can't keep a good man down.

Local media is controlled even more so tightly with O in charge. Good luck ever seeing a local scoop or clairified injury. The "open practice" routine is a facade

ACL tears aren't the death sentence for an athletes career as they once were. He will lose some draft position, but he should have a great pro career.

ACL recovery isn't what it used to be. Prayers for a speedy and complete recovery.
