LSU vs Tennessee overtime game in 2000. The Nicktator’s first year.

Tennesse was the class of the SEC at the time and LSU had just lost to UAB.

Rohan to Robert Royal on first down in OT for the victory!

Fans rushed the field but I was in the upper deck and couldn’t get there.

It was the first LSU football game I ever attended and their most exciting win of the 1969 season. It was October 25, 1969. LSU was ranked 9th and Auburn 14th entering the game.

LSU 21, Auburn 20. LSU linebacker Mike Anderson blocks an extra point to insure the win, following a late Auburn td. Earlier, linebacker Bill Thomason blocked an Auburn field goal attempt.

1) LSU hosting Tennessee in football 1989. My first experience in Tiger Stadium. Was hookd ever since

2) LSU vs Auburn 1995. I was about 20 feet away watching Twillie intercept the ball to seal the game.

3) LSU VS Florida 1997. Was charting offense for OC Morris Watts.

4) 1997 Super Regionals for Baseball. First time getting the real LSU Baseball experience.

5) LSU hosting Auburn in 2003. soo much fun.

I think it was actually George Bevan who blocked that kick.

I was good friends with Coach Mike Collins son when Coach Collins was LB coach at LSU in 2003. We all came to the Florida game and as we were walking to our seats, we somehow managed to walk right behind the band and out on the field. LSU lost the game, but I was still on the field when Skylar Green ran a punt back like 80yards. I’ve been in the stands when it gets loud, but the sound down on the field is on a different level. We tried talking to each other after he scored and we couldn’t hear shite. Well about 5 minutes after he scored, security came up to us and asked how we were on the field. We told him we were recruits. Needless to say he laughed at us(we aren’t even close to college football size)and sent us to our seats. The game itself ended up sucking, but that’s a moment I’ve always remembered.

October 4, 1958. LSU vs Hardin–Simmons. My first game in Tiger Stadium I was 10 years old and thought the field in Tiger Stadium was about the most beautiful thing I had ever laid my eyes on.

The 2nd and 3rd Football Championships would be 1a and 1b. The LMU Basketball game ranks way up there.

That was my first game I attended in Tiger Stadium. I believe the FG may have been blocked by either Mike Anderson or Bill Thomason. Both played in that game.
