Great post - many memories - one I haven’t seen mentioned:
December 5, 1970 LSU Ole Miss. Archie Manning had single handedly beaten us previous two years. LSU came into game with 1st SEC championship under McClendon and Orange Bowl invitation on the line. Casanova returned two punts for TD as LSU crushed Ole Miss 61-17. Before game ended field was pelted by oranges and students poured onto field. Absolutely electric.

I can’t really pick one but tenn 2000, auburn 2005, fla 07, Alabama 2012 were all wild. I wish I got to make it to more baseball and basketball games but the teams weren’t very good while I was a student.

1970 - Cow Palace. Pete Maravich pumped in 64 vs. Kentucky. I have his autograph after that game.

While I have not been able to attend many games like a lot of you. It’s an easy one for me.
2018 Fiesta Bowl, front row seats. My kids first LSU game. Got physical with a drunk UCF prick that pushed my son and several other LSU fans had our back. My kids got to see Burrow in person, get blind sided and take a cheap shot. Joe turned from just a QB that day to Burrow. Sure it wasn’t Death Valley, against a heated rival. But was magical for my kids and I.
And when a bunch of grown Tiger fans saw a man push and yell at a 15 year old kid.... it was on and I loved the fact that even though none of us knew each other, they all had my sons back.... hope that fricker is still bleeding.

Beating Clemson in the championship game took over 97 Florida for me.
I was deployed for our other championships and I was there that day we played that team we shouldn’t have and lost on the date that won’t be named. Seeing my school win one was pretty special.

LSU wins two against USCw at the baseball regionals in the Old Box. Got there around 9:00 am for general seating. Left field line with metal bleachers. My back and face were so burnt that I needed Aloe Gel from Walgreens. Most intense games I ever witnessed.
