It looked like Davis was moving him to the side to save him from getting REALLY knocked down.

Apologize for what? Davis barely touched the kid, the kid wasn't harmed in any way. Most important of all, this was not an intentional shove, it just happened in the heat of battle after a dramatic, game-winning shot. Tell the dad and kid to sit further back from the court if they're so worried about physical contact with the players. Freakin' dad's a pantywaist.

So if you shoved a kid intentional or not you would not at least turn around and say "sorry" says alot.
Think the kid and father have a right to sit as close as they want if they pay for seats. Kid was standing Big Baby did bump him but shoved, think so many are seeing him as Glen Davis LSU product. Had AI, Sheed, Artest done this you would be saying how much of scum he is. That he should apologize

Funny thing is watching video again kid is not on court but on sidelines and a foot or two away from court.

That's what I saw too. I would apologize, send him a signed ball with the final score and the word "buzzer beater".

There is plenty of video that disputes that. Maybe you have one that proves your statement?

The kid is on the court, but out of bounds.

Dad came to his senses and backed off..

Still not a gentle shove by any means, Big Baby still should not be told to apologize but should just do it. It is the right thing to do the kid was standing just like entire arena to see the shot.

The seats are on the court, but out of bounds.

No fault here by anyone. That's going to happen with seats that close. Father is being an arse, as are those here blaming a kid.

1) The Kid is NOT on the court, he's on the floor in front of his seat. If he were on a sidline of a football field, you would not say he's on the field.
2) Baby could have easily gone inside the ref and stayed on the court.
3) The kid was not really in his path. There was really no reason to put hands on him

and most importantly...

4) The kid was bumped. Not hurt. People bump into each other every day. The kid's father has made this situation what it is, and he will soon regret the unneccessary abuse he will have put his kid through.

What douche bag father, setting his poor Cartman look alike son up for a rough week at school. Chubby kid could have tripped Big Baby hurt him. Shame on you.

I think the Father got a little pissed when it happened. I'll give him that. Who wouldn't be, especially if he had never seen the video.

I bet he saw the video, had time to cool down and decided to say screw it.

I think he came out the NEXT day with the apology demand. Unless he's a blind man living in a cave with no TV, he saw that replay plenty of times.

What if kid something to his father about it, I am sure the shove had to not be pleasant for a 12 year old. If kid said it hurt a little the father has every right to demand the apology
