People who are NOT going to the game but spending the whole day on campus and PART of the problem. Too many parking spots are wasted on those people.

How the frick isn't that true? Because a handful of people leave? More people watch the LSU game at their tailgate. I have no problem with it at all. Makes for a fun atmosphere and I dont have a traffic issue getting out from my spot.
But its an outright lie to claim that people showing up for only the party outside does not contribute to traffic and parking problems.
What is occurring is that people with tickets are being asked what the problem is and many are saying the problem is traffic and available parking. LSU is seeing this and came up with this lamebrain idea as a way to make money and make for more parking available.

I have a sweet spot too. Its kind of tucked away and I think most don't know you can get in there, I hope no one discovers it.
