I'm with you on the general feeling you have, but its unfair to site the carrying off the field thing. Those players do love their coach and for all accounts he was coaching in his last game and they won. Kids showed a lot of emotion last night which in a way is even more frustrating. They want to win they have passion but the dude they love and carried off the field last night ain't the one to lead them where they desperately want to be.

Yep, mediocre at best programs. I see you are ok with being a follower rather than a leader. Programs like Ohio State and Alabama work on getting better every year. looks like LSU has joined the ranks of being ok with a ten win season and nothing to show for it.

I have coached for over 42 years and I don't believe in giving trophies except to the champion!! I believe in LSU no mater what. I am a Miles supporter

Mediocrity was referring to the head coach and his performance, which I agree is pretty mediocre.
