Even though, they haven't beaten LSU, having Texas A&M in the SEC is a problem

LSU has owned the Aggies since being in the SEC. But they have caused problems for one , it has eventually forced LSU to have to play Arkansas the week after Alabama. It used to be a problem in the Bear Bryant Days when LSU would get Bama regularly the week after they played Ole Miss. Even though they are out recruited by LSU, they are tough competition for recruits especially in East Texas. There is nothing that can be done about it, but SEC expansion has not favored LSU, and it has favored Alabama as they can still stay in the West, while Missouri sits in the East.

Yea losing to a 5 loss team at home is only because LSU played them after BAMA? Maybe just maybe the coaching staff needs to do a better job getting the team ready to play because if LSU would have played Vandy that night they would have lost. Bottom line is other teams play BAMA then win the next week LSU can do the same.

Would you mind changing the championship game so that it's not in Atlanta every year? Oh, and could you fire Tom Ritter too? kthx

Are you implying bama should be in the east and Missouri in the west?

I agree with you. Football is a game of inches and every inch you give your opponent the more inches they stick back up your arse.

Our fanbase needs to quit the fn whining and excuse making. That shite got old a long time ago. We have top 5 talent anually and we just can't get it done. It has nothing to do with scheduling or SEC expansion. We have become Pussy Fanbase U.

Auburn is further east than Bama is. And if you think Bama has it easy by being in the West, they would run a train on the East.

Even if Bama was moved to the East, they would win, and we would have to face them in the SEC Championship. I for one look forward to the Bama game every year. Eventually we will beat them on a regular basis. Just a matter of time.

They're denting the hell out of our Houston area recruiting, as well as taking a few from Louisiana.

I never liked them and don't like them now. But, as long as we're beating them, I'm not all that worried about it.

Now - the team out in Tuscaloosa? That's the one I remain worried about.

Dude. The whole west is loaded right now. Whoever we play after Bama will be a good team. If TAMU wasn't in the SEC, LSU would just be playing some other good SEC team right after Bama so what difference does it make.

I kinda thought the same till 2013 when the SEC office decided Ga,. who came within a hair of beating Bama in the 2012 SECCG, should suddenly be taken off the Bama 2013 schedule and replaced with Kent. And who should be taken off the LSU schedule but Kent. and who should be added to the LSU schedule but Ga.

I understand the "you play the schedule they give you" concept, but that crap smelled bad no matter the perfume applied to it by the SEC. imo
