So they know those guys will start? It's not a stretch, but I doubt any of these guys know who will be the first on the field.

no, I want Harris, he has the potential to be VERY good

People said this about Jennings last year. Did the bowl game really sour people on him that much?

If you're curious about Q Leslie, check him out in this highlight video. Starts at 1:30.....he's a blocker in the gauntlet drill. With LSUs history of physical strong blocking WRs, he appears to be much more of a finesse guy. Said it as nicely as I could.

I'm surprised Leslie didn't get a RS last year. It says he played in four games but I don't remember any of them.

You must leave at halftime of blowouts then.

I was thinking Leslie would be the deep threat player that we needed.

I like Diarse and Quinn as slot guys, but Quinn can also play on the outside.

Dural and Dupre are the all around talents, but I see Dupre killing it a TD catches. That 6'3 with 42" vertical is perfect for that fade route into the EZ.

True but I think it's a given that Dupre'll start. He looks like the smoothest wr out there and just has that "it" factor like a Rueben Randle when he first arrived

He reminds me of Tyrann when he was doing drills as a junior. You just knew he was going to have his best year yet (until THAT happened). Very smooth and looked better than everybody else doing it. We could have a Clayton-like star at freshman WR on our hands.

There are just not enough balls to go around. If i dont see Quinn on the field this year I will be pissed - Just my opinion. Not knocking any other kid

In 2012, there were five people with at least 18 receptions and four of them were WRs.

I don't see anybody with more than 40 receptions next year other than Dural. The ball will be spread around a lot. I think you get maybe two guys total over 30 receptions.

Yeah!!!!! I don't care whose better either, just let the white boy play!!!

If he doesn't have 30 catches and 10 TDs per game, it's the black QBs fault.

...am I right...

How in the world did my statement about seeing Quinn on the field become about race? The kid can flat out play. I dont care if he was the color of a rainbow.

Beacause you are gonna be pissed if he doesn't play despite the fact that you don't attend practice and apparently think the coaches won't put the best players on the field.

I hope he does great, but if he doesn't play, I will trust the coaches assessment that he just wasn't good enough.

A given? No, I don't think so. He probably won't start, but even if he does, it's not a given. Who blocks better? Who catches better? Who knows the plays the best, including adjusting instantaneously to audibles?

My two cents (Not a given) is that Dupre will be a liability in the run game. I know he played for a run-oriented team in HS, but he just looks a little skinny to be a good blocker. I think we see Dupre as a third receiver in obvious passing situations.

Miles specifically told reporters not to read into where guys were practicing. Practices do not indicate the projected starting lineup.
